Hi Inga
What a great time in Moscow and St Petersburg. So many places to see we loved it.
Our first stop was The Novotel Hotel Centre, Moscow. It was a good hotel.
Our tour guide Lilly was lovely and very knowledgeable. Gorki Park and Lenin's House was very special. The trees were turning red and gold which was spectacular. On the way home we stopped for lunch at Zavidnoe Club. Lunch was excellent and we enjoyed the Russian food.
We managed to see Red Square a busy place. Sunday night arrived and we were off to The Bolshoi Theatre for La Bayadere. The most magical ballet ever and we will never forget it.
Kremlin Grounds were vast so much to see. The ladies costumes were beautiful. Lilly also took us to the underground, how I wish the underground in London is as beautiful. Last stop was Tretyakov Art Gallery and Lilly took us around.
We said good bye to Moscow and off to St Petersburg by train.
Our guide Victor was there to meet us. Palace Bridge Hotel was first class and we loved it. Even got to have a swim in the vast pool. The staff were helpful and breakfast was excellent.
Certain recommend this hotel. Victor showed us the sights of St Petersburg.
The Hermitage was interesting, so much to see and lots of beautiful items.
St Catherine the Great's Winter Palace was vast and so much gold!!!
Next stop was Catherine's Summer Palace again very luxurious. Managed to find the flee market and spent some money.
A big thank you for all your help, we certainly had a fantastic time!!

Dear Daina,
Thanks for the e-mail. The holiday went very well. There was a snag on arrival at Domodedovo - an hour's delay due to problems with a bus. Apart from that everything went smoothly. The guides were excellent, the excursions well-planned, and both hotels were very good. We were impressed by Moscow and thought St Petersburg was magnificent .Thanks once again for all your help. We really enjoyed our time in Russia.

Privet!
It was a good trip for me. The arrangements you made for me were spot on. No issues whatsoever. All of the tour guides were exceptional except for one. He is young and I am sure will get much better as time goes by. Very nice person. Just not much provided on information compared to the others. Hotels were good. I didn’t go to the optional dinner in Tallinn, but the people who went were very disappointed in it. Meal was not so good and they thought there would be some type of entertainment which did not happen. Spanish speaking people were very disappointed in their Moscow guide.
I am very satisfied with the job you did. Don’t suppose you have something for me next year with Poland, Belarus, and Ukraine?

Hi Laura
Hope you had a good Easter. We are back from our travels, resting up and getting over the bad colds we caught on our last day in Russia. The air on Skye is so clean that we never catch colds up here. Unfortunately we seem to catch one every time we go away and this time was no exception.
Anyway, we enjoyed our trip immensely. Everything went well and there were no problems at all. The flights there and back were on time and the shuttle drivers were there to meet us both coming and going. We really enjoyed staying at the Ambassador Hotel. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very comfortable there. There was a bottle of wine in our room when we arrived and again on my birthday. Fantastic. We would definitely stay there again if we go back. The metro is a short walk away and there are loads of restaurants in the area...we developed a taste for the food from Georgia!
Thank you for setting our trip up. We appreciate all the hard work you did on our behalf and for answering all my questions. We are very happy with the service you provided and will certainly use you again should we go to that part of the world. If you would like me to write a reference I would be more than happy to do so.
Best Wishes and Thank You again for a great trip. (Even the weather was good!)

Dear Laura,
Firstly thank you for your kind letter. Secondly we cannot thank you enough for your help and assistance not only in organising our trip to Moscow but for your support during the visa application process. The transport arrangements between airport and hotel went like clockwork. Our hotel in Moscow could not have been more convenient being only a few minutes from the Kremlin.
I have not been to Russia since the days of Communism and seeing the changes made a profound effect on me. In the five days that we were there we were never still, in fact in five days we walked 68 kilometres! My long forgotten but partly remembered university Russian was helpful but not necessary. We were quite simply overwhelmed by our experience and hope to repeat it very shortly, of course with Baltic Travel. We found the company absolutely five star in all respects, and will recommend you very highly to friends.
Once again, many thanks for all of your help and support.
Michael & Anne
